Our first major release is an integrated hardware/software solution for the captive reptile market. 18 months of development based in large part on functionality of projects written over the last five years this projects scope has taken on a life of its own. Several variations are planned and the commercial release is on the horizon (mid-late summer 2009). Currently in beta the package has been in use for several months and we are excited to see the evolution of the project continue as we discover new ways to approach and adapt the code to be more efficient and encompass more features. Currently based on the Motorola/Symbol handheld scanners and our proprietary software users can track several thousand animals across hundreds of species providing critical information instantly. Communicating with the clients web page in real time each data entry is instantly made public (if desired) and inventory is published in real-time.
